Scratchy as a rash... Ewwwww! Um... pretty color...

Well, it looks good even if the sleeves are too big (looks cozy!) and is scratchy as a rash-- maybe it will soften up with a wash????

I definitely recommend a good wash, maybe with some conditioner to soften it up. It'd be a shame to spend all this time on it and have it end up too scratchy to wear.

Yay! And I'm sure a good wash will make the rowanspun less itchy. I've only heard good things about it!

It's looking marvelous! Bummer about it being itchy. Guess you'll need to wear long sleeves under it.

I'm holding out for the belt - it's the coolest part of this jacket - but congratulations on having finished those looooong seams! I don't think I've ever touched Rowanspun Chunky, but I'll cross my fingers for softening in the wash. Unless you're planning to prance around your boudoir wearing Kooch over your next-to-nuthin's (and I'll admit that sounds like what you ought to do with a garment called Kooch), I bet the itchies won't be a problem.
